New Year, New Blog Hop

2013 is here somewhere and will be here in the U.S. soon. The first day of 2013 is a fresh start to what can be a wonderful year. As they say, tomorrow has no mistakes in it—yet.

H

This is a blog hop about New Years and we’re supposed to discuss traditions today. I know that New Year’s Resolutions are a tradition for some, but I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, and I don’t have any traditions to share with you all.

I can say that I am thankful for the year I have had personally and professionally. I started my forage into the world of websites back up with the Capri Montgomery website. On top of that, I met some really nice authors like, Paige Tyler who writes erotic romance, and she is a really nice woman to get to know.

2013 will see the return of the Shadow Hills series—back by popular demand. If you haven’t started reading it yet, check out the first season in the six month long series starting with book one, Fallen Hero.

Shadow Hills: Fallen Hero ~ Small towns, big secrets.

shadowhills

Tanner Price, former Marine and now sheriff of Shadow Hills, thought he just might die of boredom until a mysterious woman arrived in town. Now all he can think about is uncovering this sexy vixen’s secret. Getting close to her could be dangerous. Will putting one woman’s betrayal behind him and opening his heart to love again turn out to be a mistake?

Shadow Hills: Fallen Hero is available now on Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble Nook, and Lulu.

Do you have any New Year’s traditions to hold up? Or is it just day to day as usual without any hoopla? Leave a comment below, and don’t forget to leave your email address, for a chance to win one of the blog hop grand prizes that include a Kindle or Nook, an Amazon or B&N $300.00 gift card, and a swag pack full of goodies. Those are some fabulous prizes!

For a chance to win my giveaway prize: a tin can filled with goodies including candles, stress ball, calculator and key chain flashlight, like my Facebook Fan page or follow this blog, and fill out the form below. This part of the contest is open to U.S. residents only. There will be a couple giveaways next month on the fan page so be sure to stick around and keep watch on the page. 2. It is just another day. But, this year my son was old enough to understand what today was all about and he came up with the brilliant idea of baking a cake for the world’s birthday! So, we had cake for breakfast. LOL
